Raiser's Edge Support

Raiser's Edge is a donor management software used by many of our archdiocesan high schools and agencies to help them manage and track their fundraising efforts. The Raiser’s Edge software is developed, marketed, and supported by Blackbaud, a leading provider of software and service solutions designed specifically for nonprofit organizations.

The Archdiocese of St. Louis, through the Office of Stewardship and the Annual Catholic Appeal, provides our schools and agencies that use Raiser’s Edge with the knowledge and expertise of an on-site Development Systems Manager. This Raiser's Edge expert serves as the archdiocesan contact for functional support of the application, including:

• Application usage and "how to" assistance
• Training and mentoring
• Information and guidance on Raiser’s Edge “best practices”
• Raiser’s Edge software evaluation and purchase negotiation assistance
