Thank you for your work on behalf of the Appeal! We are blessed to have so many dedicated staff and volunteers in our parishes. Here are several resources to help you prepare for this year’s Appeal.

ACA Parish List and Questionnaire

Updated parish lists and completed questionnaires for the 2025 Annual Catholic Appeal are due by December 6, 2024. One parish incentive ticket will be awarded to those parishes that submit both their parish list and the questionnaire by the December 6th deadline.

If you wish to review the questionnaire prior to completing it online, a sample copy was included in the packet mailed to your pastor/parish life coordinator in November.
